Kimprut, or Aprinna, is a 33-year-old artist living in the city of Bogor in Java, Indonesia. She appreciates the little joys in life like cooking, drawing, and playing with her young daughter. Her passion for drawing grows from the belief that creativity exists to make people “happy.”

Her kawaii-inspired designs – whether a smiling strawberry tea or a napping kitten tucked under a fried egg – certainly achieve her goal and can lift the spirit of anyone lucky enough to see her artwork. She loves being able to pursue her passion with platforms like Design By Humans and she hopes to someday have her own website to sell her designs as well.

Aprinna admits that although she finds inspiration all around her, especially Pinterest, one of the most important lessons that she has learned is to “stay original.” She understands that it is easy to feel inspired by another artists’ artwork, but ultimately, everyone must find a style that works best for them. Her delightful designs are the perfect fit for her and fulfill her greatest wish: to make people happy.
