Beatrixarts, or Beatrice, is a longtime DBH artist who is currently living and working in Italy. She confesses, “I don't know how to describe my art style” but that she tries to represent her subjects “in the simplest and most natural way.” Her focus on monochromatic designs is slowly shifting as she begins to add more color to her work. She is currently pursuing several projects and is excited to add a “splash of color” to her new designs, as well as perfecting “digital patterns” in her upcoming artwork. Today, she is working to maintain a balance between her art and her personal life and tries to “alternate each activity equally.”

Beatrixarts shares that if she could give her past self any advice, it would be to believe in her talent and be proud of her art. In fact, it was only until recently – when people began referring to her as an artist – that she finally began to view herself as a creator as well. However, today she is excited to call herself a true artist and to see what a future in art will bring.
