ArtNariman’s DBH store is like an invitation to explore the world from beloved fantasy stories like The Witcher, as well as, an introduction to bizarre creatures from dreams and nightmares.

ArtNariman’s detailed grayscale designs feature imaginary animals, dreamlike visions, and magical characters from popular stories and fairy tales; he even admits, “my dreams become my drawings.” However, he believes that an essential part of creating art is loving the world and channeling that love into creativity. ArtNariman encourages people “to love, because love is the most important thing in life.”

ArtNariman shares that his ideal work environment is a place where he can switch between listening to music and appreciating the silence around him. He also jokes that the perfect place to paint is in the attic because — not only does he have a perfect vantage point to the outside world — but he also has the space and isolation to focus on his work.

Nonetheless, he does not believe that he needs a specific location or a particular mood to feel inspired either. He always feels the urge to create and he says, “I just paint, always.” He considers one of his strengths to be “not thinking about [art]”; he recognizes that there is freedom in letting go. He also encourages other artists to not feel too critical of their own work and to “just paint” like he does. However, most importantly, he urges other artists to “draw, dream, and never give up!”
